Hallett Motor Racing Circuit VIP Club Days

Hallett Motor Racing Circuit (HMRC) has developed this program for those drivers looking for a SEMI-PRIVATE track day experience with much less traffic so you can focus on YOUR driving skills and/or race car setup. Our 1.8 mile road course is extremely challenging with difficult turns & elevation changes and ample run-off area with soft safety barriers.

VIP Club Days event includes the following items for $375/day:

• Premium weekday or weekend date.
• Six 15-20 minute track sessions...only 5 cars per session!
• Maximum of 20 cars per event.
• Covered race port parking, 20amp electric included
• Transponder for lap time tracking and analysis.
• Rental helmet for driver, if needed. (Rental helmet for passengers $25/pp).
• Professional photography. FREE hi-res downloads!
• Self-serve coffee bar with continental breakfast treats
• FREE HMRC custom vinyl car sticker for VIP Club 1st timers!
• Catered lunch served in the Finish Line Cafe. (Addl lunches for guests $15/pp)
• Driver's Ed Group available with an HMRC Driving Instructor is mandatory for 1st timers to HMRC, but optional for those looking to improve lap times and advanced driving skills. Addl. cost for semi-private instructor is $125/driver.

Typical VIP Club Days Event Schedule

• 7:30AM: Gates open
• 8:30AM: Driver's meeting
• 9:00AM - 4:00PM: Track open (if more than 15 drivers, 9:00AM-5:00PM)
• 12 noon: Catered lunch

SELF TECH FORM - BRING TO CHECK-IN (annually or if new car, bring helmet)

Registration Cancellation Policy effective 1/1/2022

• If the event receives less than 8 participants, HMRC will offer registered drivers the opportunity to cover the difference to still have their track event. Otherwise, 100% will be automatically credited to your HMRC account for future use.
• Cancellation requests received at least 2 weeks prior to event, will receive 100% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks but greater than 1 week prior to event, will receive 75% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than week prior to event, will receive 50% account credit or refund.
• No credit or refund for No-shows or after you go on track.
• HMRC Account Credits will expire at the end of the year following the credit. (for example, a credit issued on 4/1/2021 will expire 12/31/2022.)
• Event will run Rain or Shine!
