Honda Driving Rules

• EARLY BIRD ENTRY DISCOUNT ENDS February 10 @ 5pm, 2023!! Entry fee $215 ONE DAY, $400 TWO DAY
  

• AFTER February 10, entry fees will be $235 ONE DAY, $420 TWO DAY

• Inaugural Long Sleeve T-Shirt (Included in Entry Fee)
• Saturday night banquet dinner in Diamond Pavilion (Included in Entry Fee)
• Gate fee $10/day/person (kids under 12, $5/day/person)
  
• Car Show entry fee $50/car (Includes event T-shirt and banquet ticket)  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER starting 1/1/23!
  
• Event photos included!!  High-res downloads!
  
• Gates open 7:00am
• Finish Line indoor cafe open 7:00am serving breakfast & lunch
• All Driver mandatory safety meeting 7:30am Sat/Sun @ Winner's Circle followed by optional drone training video for novice drivers
  
• Optional parade laps 8:45am
  
• On track sessions begin 9:00am
• Print and bring Completed Tech Form & your helmet to Registration Check-in on 1st floor of tower. Honda Tech Form

**Occasionally we will allow a few non-Hondas to participate with their Honda friends/family, if similar horsepower. Send requests to Jennifer@hallettracing.net for exceptions prior to registration.**

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests received at least 2 weeks prior to event, will receive 100% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks but greater than 1 week prior to event, will receive 75% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than week prior to event or mechanical failures on multi-day events, will receive 50% account credit or refund.
• No credit or refund for No-shows or after you go on track for any reason.
• HMRC Account Credits will expire at the end of the year following the credit. (for example, a credit issued on 4/1/2022 will expire 12/31/2023.)
• Events will run Rain or Shine!
