Miata Driving Rules

• EARLY BIRD ENTRY DISCOUNT ENDS August 2 @ 5pm, 2023!!  Entry fee $195 ONE DAY, $380 TWO DAY

• AFTER August 2, entry fees will be $215 ONE DAY, $400 TWO DAY

• Gate fee $10/day/person
• Event photos included!!  High-res downloads!
  
• Gates open 7:00am
• Finish Line indoor cafe open 7:00am serving breakfast & lunch
• All Driver mandatory safety meeting 7:30am Sat/Sun @ Winner's Circle followed by optional drone training video for novice drivers
  
• Optional parade laps 8:45am
  
• On track sessions begin 9:00am
• Print and bring Completed Tech Form & your helmet to Registration Check-in on 1st floor of tower. Miata Tech Form

**Occasionally we will allow a few non-Miatas to participate with their Miata friends/family, if similar horsepower. Send requests to Jennifer@hallettracing.net for exceptions prior to registration.**

**HALLETT “NEW” Registration Cancellation Policy effective 1/1/2022**

• Cancellation requests received at least 2 weeks prior to event, will receive 100% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks but greater than 1 week prior to event, will receive 75% account credit or refund.
• Cancellation requests received less than week prior to event or mechanical failures on multi-day events, will receive 50% account credit or refund.
• No credit or refund for No-shows or after you go on track for any reason.
• HMRC Account Credits will expire at the end of the year following the credit. (for example, a credit issued on 4/1/2021 will expire 12/31/2022.)
• Events will run Rain or Shine!
